My Unique Approach: From Doing & Giving to Being & Receiving

After spending 15 years as an elite artist with Cirque du Soleil, I learned something essential:

Your body never lies.

It is constantly speaking to you.

The problem is — you’ve forgotten how to listen.

For years, I pushed my body to extreme performance.

Then came the burnout, the total exhaustion, the complete disconnection.

At 42, I found myself exactly where you may be today.

And that’s when everything changed.

I realized that traditional programs don’t work for women — especially women and mothers over 40 — because they ignore a fundamental reality:

Your body and your needs have changed.

Your hormones are not the same.

Your energy works differently.

And continuing to treat yourself as if you were 25 only makes your exhaustion worse.

My Integrative Method Is Based on Four Pillars

1. Body Reconnection — The Foundation

Before you can transform anything, you must reconnect with your body.

Not control it, dominate it, or punish it.

But listen to it. Recognize its signals. Understand what it is trying to tell you.

I use somatic techniques inspired by yoga, Pilates, and my background as an elite athlete to help you fully inhabit your body again — not just survive in it.

2. Transformational Life Coaching

Your exhaustion is not only physical.

It is the result of years of putting everyone else before yourself,

of limiting beliefs like:

“I don’t have time.”

“I don’t deserve it.”

“It’s selfish.”

All of this must be gently deconstructed.
